Mission Statement               Pho Queen playfully empowers everyone physically through basic building blocks of healthy Vietnamese food, healthy habits, and a healthy way of living.

WHAT? Pho Queen has been eating and cooking Vietnamese food all her life. She was born and raised in Saigon, now known as Hồ Chí Minh city, Vietnam. After the fall of Saigon, Pho Queen, her family, and more than 200 Chinese strangers set sail on a "shrimp" boat journey to Freedom. Her family had to disguise as Chinese in order to leave the country.  After many long months of travel, Pho Queen and her family made it safely to America. Now, Pho Queen would like to share the love of Vietnamese culture, its food, and her own philosophy about healthy eating with everyone. Pho Queen would like to pass on her heritage to her children, the next Vietnamese American generations, and anyone who has the love for education.  Welcome ALL!!! Pho Queen is currently writing a book about her epic Robin Crusoe journey to America. Stay tune to hear more about her journey...

WHY? As Pho Queen grow older and hopefully wiser, she gravitates to her root. She is passionate about her family, Vietnamese culture, food, and health. At the same time, Pho Queen enjoys having fun and being a kid at heart. Pho Queen wants to share with everyone her passion of family, Vietnamese culture, food, and health while having fun and of course making money at the same time.
